1.              A 46 year old lady patient (Mrs A) with underlying borderline hypertension with initial baseline Blood Pressure of systolic: 140-150 and diastolic: 90-100 (NOT on any medication) completed her 5-week HYPERTENSION AND IDEAL-WEIGHT PROGRAMME at IDEAL Health Centre last week. Her Blood Pressure measurements have consistently improved with the final readings of systolic: 120-130 and diastolic: 80-90 for three consecutive days towards the end of the programme. She currently continues attending the same programme to remain fit and healthy without depending on medication!
