A lot of people are confused with what we are offering at IDEAL Health Centre. So this entry is to clarify this. Please take a moment to read this as our services may not be relevant to you but it may be beneficial to your loved ones e.g. your parents, spouses or children.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a ‘one stop’ Health Centre which provides a holistic approach to medicine under one roof.  Our aim is to treat our patients from the core of their problems, which may include their medical condition, fitness status, lifestyle and daily diet. Therefore, we offer a new concept of medicine, THE FIRST IN MALAYSIA in fact, incorporating medical and fitness services to offer a complete continuity of care for our patients.

1. IDEAL Health Service

- IDEAL Medical Check-Up (the most popular for it quick, cheap, complete and thorough assessment)
- IDEAL Health Consultation

- IDEAL Home Visit (where we send our Doctors and Nurses to your house for a non-emergency regular visits for health assessment, wound care and dressing, and medical prescription)

2. IDEAL Medical Exercise

- This is our MOST POPULAR prescription in treating medical problems like Obesity, Hypertension (Darah Tinggi), Hypercholesterolaemia (Kolesterol Tinggi), Diabates (Kencing Manis), Asthma, Ischaemic Heart Disease, Osteoporosis and Fibromyalgia.
- Our aim is to reduce patient’s lifetime dependency on medications.
- Our one-to-one structured medical exercise program is very personal and specific to patient’s medical condition, physical ability, age, gender and personal preference.
- With effective lifestyle modifications and compliance to our exercise programs, we hope our patients will be fit, healthy and disease-free without having to pop any pills every day!

3. IDEAL Physiotherapy

- We are specialized in the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke (before or after surgery), musculoskeletal and orthopedics condition including back and spine problem, paralysis, sports injuries, body, neck, shoulder and knee pain, arthritis, geriatrics and post surgery, and reflexology.
- The sessions can be done at the centre or in the comfort of your own home.

- Patients who have borderline abnormalities in their previous blood and urine tests (and have been regularly advised by your doctors to exercise and eat healthy)
